Gain.fyi is the research platform of Gain Advisory LLC ("GAIN," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information the website collects, how it is used, and how to reach us about it.
You can browse Gain.fyi without providing personal information. We collect information only when you choose to contact us, along with limited technical information generated when the site is accessed.
Information you choose to give us
The only place the website asks for information is the contact form on the home page. It has three fields:
Submitting that form sends those three fields to us by email through Formspree, a form-handling service that passes the message along on our behalf. We use what you send to read and reply to your message, and to keep a record of the correspondence. If you email us directly instead, we hold that correspondence in the same way.
Please do not send confidential or sensitive personal information through the form.
Automatically collected information
Analytics. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. It reports aggregate figures such as page, referring site, country, and browser type. It does not set cookies and does not follow visitors across other websites.
Server logs. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs of requests, including IP address, timestamp, and user agent. These are ordinary infrastructure records used to serve the site securely and diagnose problems.
Cookies
Gain.fyi does not set cookies. The Commercial Readiness Assessment saves your answers in your browser's local storage so you can resume where you left off. That data stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is cleared when you select Start over.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information, run advertising or retargeting, track visitors across other websites, build marketing profiles from site activity, or add visitors to mailing lists.
Fonts and core assets are served from this domain rather than a third-party host.

We rely on a small number of providers, each of which may process information only to provide its service to us:

Retention
We retain correspondence as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was provided and for legitimate recordkeeping purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the provider's applicable settings and policies.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to restrict how it is used. Write to privacy@gainadvisory.com and we will respond consistent with applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Other websites
Our research links to outside sources, and the site links to our LinkedIn page. Those websites are not under our control and have their own privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
If the website changes what it collects, we will update this policy and post it here with a new effective date.
